We hope you adore everything you shop from WORI Fashion. But just in case something doesn’t work out, we’re here to make returns and exchanges simple and stress-free.
What Can Be Returned or Exchanged?
Most of our items are eligible for return or size exchange within 5 days of delivery excluding delivery day.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags.
Any exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Refunds will be processed once the returned products are received and inspected.
Certain products may not be eligible for return or refund, such as products that are customized or used.
How Do I Request a Return or Exchange?
Easy! Just send a Email to our customercare@worifashion.com and mentioned the reason of exchange in details.
For size exchanges, we’ll send the required size your way after receiving your return.
All returns will be accepted only once and must be against the original order.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items that have already been exchanged.
How Does Pickup Work?
We offer free reverse pickup for most pin codes.
If your area isn’t serviceable, we may request you to ship the product back yourself and share the tracking details. We’re unable to reimburse shipping in these cases.
Refund Options
Original Payment Method – Refunds to your card/bank account are processed within 7 days after we receive the product.
Note: COD, shipping, and handling charges are not refundable.
