1. How does WORI Fashion handle shipping?

We believe your fashion picks should arrive with care and speed. That’s why we’ve partnered with leading logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

2. Charge for shipping

• Prepaid Orders – Absolutely free! No shipping charges apply for all over India.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) – Cash on delivery option is available but customer need to pay Shipping charges of INR 59/- only if he will not accept the order.

• Shipping within India is FREE for all orders. For International Shipping charges are calculated and will keep you informed. The buyer is liable to pay custom duty (if any) directly to the courier partner, custom duty is country specific and we have very little control on it.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping timelines can vary depending on the product.

All Products are shipped within 3 working days from the day of receiving the order.

Once the packet is shipped it takes around 4 to 10 working days to reach you depending on distance. Means packet will be deliver within 4 to 10 working days.

4. What if my order is delayed?

While we strive to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to:

• Weather disruptions

• Transportation issues

• Strikes or other unforeseen events

But don’t worry—we ensure delivery and will always keep you informed.

5. Will I get tracking information?

Yes! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp or Email.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information while making purchases. we are not responsible for any errors in shipping or delivery as a result of inaccurate contact information.
